printing

I have a user who DOES NOT WANT the little balloon/bubble to keep popping up
in the lower right corner of her screen when she sends something to print,
saying that it has been sent to the printer. I explained to her that it goes
away in a few moments but that is not the response she wanted to hear. She
said that it drives her crazy. IDEAS?

It's a printer setting, not Word. I have to look it up on the web everytime
I load a new printer driver at work. I just did it last week but don't
remember. I know it's in Printer Properties but beyond that...........well,
it was a very long week.

Not a Microsoft Word problem. In Windows XP, click on Start | Control
Panel | Printers and Faxes | File | Server Properties | Advanced... the
bottom two to four options relate to print notifications... uncheck the
unwanted ones.
