When I print borders, the bottom border is cut in half. Also, in some case,
the right border is cut in half. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to
fix this problem.

Most printers have some amount of non-printable area on each side
of the page. Your borders are probably too close to the edges of
the page and encroach on those non-printable areas. Try moving
the borders farther away from the page edges.
