Printing

Our second computer has printing problems.

For example -- in trying to print anything, including Outlook Express, the
font is huge and bold. If we reduce the font size of the printed article,
then the size on the screen is so small it can hardly be read.

I've checked every setting I can think of. What am I missing here? I'd
appreciate any help. Thanks!

Do you have the correct printer drivers installed on the second computer?

Good point. We have two printers, installed using the same CD. The first
one is fine, the problem one isn't, although it was OK for a long time.
Strangely, suddenly the printer wasn't showing up in Control Panel >
Printers and Faxes. The software has been reinstalled and it's now showing
up, but the problem hasn't gone away.
I'll check for updated drivers and report back. Many thanks, Bruce.

Drivers are up-to-date.
