Hi

How can I give printing options from the Print Preview dialog so the user
will be able to select the pages to print

Currently when the user clicks on the print button in the toolbar the
document is sent immediately to the printer

I would think that the theory is that you would have set the pages to print
before you preview or how else would you know what to preview?
