Hello all

I would like to printout the Global address list. but I can't find anywhere
in outlook to print it out. I have tried to import it into my contacts but
it doesn't give me the option of selecting which contacts folder to import
to, as I have many contacts I don't want to have to import the whole GAL
into my contacts then sort through them all.

any help is appreciated

skip the step for the pab and export them to the contacts folder.

I make a new folder, copy the existing ones to it, export, move the new ones
where I want then move the others back to the mail folder. It's a few extra
steps but takes very little time if you use a table view (by category works
well) then select all (control a) and drag to the other folders.
