printing single pages

Just "upgraded" from Outlook Express to Outlook 2007. Our profession
requires us to print emails and retain paper copies for seven years. We have
in the past printed the first email in full then any replies are only printed
first page only and marked as such. Now with Outlook, you cannot print a
single page, ony odds and evens - and who would want to do that? This is a
crazy move by Microsoft and certainly not a move in the right direction,
especially as offices are trying to cut down in the use of paper.

This is for manual duplexing. Most home-printers and even a lot of office
printers don't support 2-sided copy in 1 go. This is a handy feature to
still enable double-sided printing without investing in an expensive printer
with a duplexing unit.

And yet they want you to print emails and keep the copies for 7 years... You
gotta love the corporate world for contradicting themselves in words and
actions ;-)

Anyway, you can open the message in a browser and then make a selection of
what exactly (up to the letter precise) you want to print and what not.

If I understand correctly you want it all to on one page. Open the email, select Actions - View in Web Browser the print it from there. Or you can copy and paste into Word.
