Printing Problem

I have a client using Office 2000 that prints out a simple excel orde
form to a certain printer but the form prints fine for the first coupl
of pages but
1. doesnt print the desired amount of requested pages.
2. the last page has gibberish replacing most of the text.

The document was saved as a different document and the print job o
this new document to a different printer had good results. Printing t
the original networked printer however produced the same results.

Is it the document or the printer? All other documents from the use
to the affected printer do come out fine!

My first guess (and it's just a guess) is that it's the printer.

Can you try to print the workbook from a different workstation (to the same
printer)?

I'd try reinstalling the printer driver before I did anything too drastic in
excel.

(It's probably less work and easier to do.)

Thanks for the advice Dave!

My last resort is to copy the excel file to a different computer an
try printing the same document to the same printer. If the results ar
the same then it must be that particular printer since the doc printe
just fine to a different networked printer! Logic and the process o
elimination can produce some good stuff
