Printing Problem with Word

When I print copies of my document, they only print at 3/4 size on the page. The "Print Preview" shows that the page should print at full size. The person sending me the document tells me that they don't have any problems printing the document full size at their end. I'm not having this problem with all documents, just some of the ones that this person is sending me. Is there something that they're doing at their end that is causing this? I don't seem to have the same problem with documents that I create at my end. Any solutions would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the File>Print menu, make sure "Print what" is set to "Document" and not "Document with Markup", and make sure "scaling" is turned off there and/or in Properties. If that doesn't fix it, try accepting all tracked changes and deleting all comments.
