Printing out a blank form for use away from computer

I have developed a form in an Access database to be used for data entry.
I would like to print out a blank of this form for use in the field, away
from the computer, but have not found a way to do that.

Also, I would like to layout the form as if it were on an 8.5 x 11 inch
page, but have found no way to zoom to this size in the view menu.

You need to create a report, not a form. Reports are for printout.
Just copy all the fields to a report design, arrange as needed and save.
Then open the report
and print it.
