Printing Notes Pages

I'm trying to print just the notes from my PP 2007 presentation. I don't
want the slides. I'd also like to consolidate the notes onto a few pages;
my presentation has 50 pages, and that will take a lot of ink to print them
all out. The help file indicates that you can print just the note pages,
but when I preview it it contains the slides as well and on individual pages
with the notes.

Thanks, but this information is for PP 2003. I have Office 2007. I don't
have a "tools" menu (at least not that I can find). I did find advanced
options that allowed me to choose printing of Note Pages, but I still seem
to get individual slides with the notes, and 50 individual pages just as I
do when I select Notes Pages from the "print what" on the print menu itself.

My goodness; that worked! I'd forgotten about Visual Basic. Though this
does seem somewhat convoluted to do what should probably be a standard PP
option. Thanks for the help.

Yes and no; or maybe I'm missing something. When I click on the link you
gave, it says "Create and Print Note Pages," and specifies that it applies
to PP 2007. In the intro section, there is a link for "Print Note Pages."
I clicked on that and the new page says applies to PP 2003. For some reason
a topic that is supposed to relate to 2007 links to a section that applies
to 2003. And that's what I found when I first tried it.

So now, instead of using that link, I scrolled down to "Print Note Pages
Without Slide Thumbnails" and following those instructions, it says you must
open each slide in Notes Page view and delete the thumbnail. Presumably you
need to do this for each and every slide. Then when you print, it seems
that you will get get a separate page for each slide with just the notes
showing and a lot of white space where the slide used to be. I want to
consolidate the notes onto fewer pages (and ultimately end up with a Word
document). The instructions for 2007 don't tell me how to do what I was
trying to do (presumably because PP 2007 can't do it). The Visual Basic
macro, however, did what I wanted.

Thanks for getting back, and I'm glad you ended up getting what you wanted.
