Printing my E-Mail

I have recently subscribed to Windows Live "One Care". All of a sudden my
E-Mail will not print my incoming messages or my wife. I have called my ISP
Charter. They tell me it is a microsoft problem not them. The message box
sayes, "Internet Explorer Script error." Gives a web address of
"res://ieframe.dll/preview.dlg". I can print microsoft pages, but no E-Mail.
Please help! Thank Dick

included with the error message and that's the most important part.
