Printing Multiple Emails to single .pdf Need Auto Enter

Hi All,

I am using primopdf to print a folder full of emails to a
single .pdf file. Primopdf has 2 confirmation screens that I manually
have to hit the enter key to append the email to the file that they
are all going in. I had a freeware program a few years ago that ran
in the system tray, and it seemed to know when to hit the enter key,
and did so for me. Does anybody know what I'm talking about and maybe
a program or workaround for this pain. My folder has 195 emails
pertaining to one transaction, and I wish to save a forest by just
going with .pdf.

Thanks,

remember, but I'd avoid it as it is a security risk.)

Thanks Brian, click yes does sound familiar, but I think it only
worked when sending multiple emails perhaps in a mail merge
operation. What I am trying to do is print all these emails to a
single .pdf file. Neither of these programs will sit there and just
keep hitting the enter key automatically.

Here is how I am doing it now;
a. Select the emails within a folder to print
b. Right-click on a selected email, and click "print".
c. Select the primopdf printer
d. Enter a file name
e. Hit enter for okay
f. Hit enter again for 'append' to existing file
g. steps e and f over and over again reduntantly.

There may not be a solution, as I think its the primopdf printer that
needs the double enter prod after each file. Maybe a mechanical
plunger to setup on my keyboard to just keep manually hitting the
enter key all by itself.

Thanks,

Hi Jim,

I noticed you said you tried Blueprint for Outlook Pro from Savvisoft.

When you used this, did you try configuring a multi-item print job. The print template MI_MESSAGE_CONTINUOUS.htm will allow you to stream multiple messages into a single print job.

You can then select all messages in the folder (e.g. Ctrl-A), and print using the configured template. Blueprint may take some time to process all the messages, but it will get there - and all in one click!

Also, if the structure of the template is not exactly to your liking, this can be modified - Contact Blueprint Support (mailto:[email protected]) for more information.

Kind Regards

Hi Hayden,

Thanks, but it the learning curve was too steep for me. I should try
that out though, for next time.

I did find out I could select all the emails, then file/save as, and
save them all as one text file, then print to pdf. Since it's all text
anyway, I don't need to be concerned with saving the format. Then by
using an attachment manager, I can strip the attachments to a folder,
then put the attachments and the one pdf file onto one CD.
