Refering to my earlier posting on this date, and the reply:
Having studied the article at http://allenbrowne.com/ser-54.html I do not
understand how that approach differs from one that I tried:
I reduced label height (detail design section height ) and inserted row
spacing in the page setup so that the total of all rows and spaces was <= the
12" page height. When it equaled 12" a row of labels was skipped. When I
reduced the total height enough to print 12 rows, the printing crept . I
could adjust the position of the fields so that several pages stayed in
register, but after about five pages the printing was going off the label
edge.
Presently I do not have access to that printer but it would appear that when
I do, I will get the same result by using the group footer approach.
