I was sent a formatted document with a variety of changes. When I try to
print the document, the reviewing pane that lists every change and format
prints along with the document itself. I do not want this to print. Is there
any way to stop the list from printing?

Word 2003 if you mean Balloons
Go to Tools Options Track Changes tab and select "Use Balloons (Print and
Web Layout) Never" might fix it.

Ctrl+P to open the Print dialog and select "Document" instead of "Document
with markup." Alternatively, switch from Final Showing Markup to Final view
before printing.

Thanks for your response. I actually was able to print the document, but only
the corrected version, rather than the version with the markups. It was
better than nothing!!!!

Thanks again.

Thanks. I was able to print out the document this way. Thanks for your help.
