List of Markup prints with the document

When a document with markup (tracking) is printed, it also prints the list of
markup (what's in the Reviewing Pane). "Document" is in the Print what: box
on the Print dialog box. How can we stop this list from printing along with
the document?

Are you printing from the Normal view, or Print Layout view? Some odd things
happen, sometimes, when you print from the Normal view...

You might also try changing some things in Tools/Options/Print. None of them
indicate that the Reviewing pane should be included, but <shrug>

I compared all options for Print, Track Changes, and View from a person who
does not have a problem to the person who does have the problem--the few
differences that we changed didn't make a difference--oh well. We also tried
printing from the different views--still prints the Reviewing Pane list. We
even tried putting it in Final view first.

Thanks for your suggestions.

In the Print dialog, have you selected "Document" or "Document showing
markup"?

I am having the exact same problem and I've seen other posts on the web with
this issue. I'm choosing "Document with Markup" because we want to see the
markup and comments in ballons but we do not want them repeated at the end of
the document as the "Reviewing Pane" shows them. Strange thing is that it
doesn't show up in a print preview and only seems to happen with long
documents like 50+ pages. Has anyone fixed this before?

My experience with this is that the comments and markup that print at the
end are the ones for which there was not room on the appropriate pages. Have
you tried increasing the width of the markup area?
