Printing exact same document turns out different for 2 users

I have 2 users who have the exact same type of pc, both have xp professional
for os, office xp standard with sp3, exact same printer and drivers. When
they both print the exact same document, it comes out different for the 2 of
them. One user's printout is "condensed" more....ie. it seems to fit more
words on each line, yet the fonts, size, style etc. are also all the same.
Any suggestions as to why this would be?

Sounds to me like its because of the individual /Word settings on each
person's computer. One person could have expanded fonts, etc.

For future reference, it is better that you *not* post the same issue more
than once - especially using differently worded subjects. It is deceptive
for folks who reply, it is harder for you to retrieve responses and it
*won't* get you a faster reply... in fact there are some who will
intentionally ignore multiple postings.

sorry about that. When i typed the first post it took me to a "page not
found", so i thought it hadn't gone through and re-did it.
