printing envelopes

please help. microsoft works only prints one size
envelope for me . i have tried everything. prints 4 1/4
by 9 1/2 perfect but won't print any other size. i print
cards all the time but the envelopes for5" by 7 1/2 and
5 3/4 by 8 3/4 and all other sizes won't print correctly
they don't print return addresses and prints the to
addresses at the top of the envelopes. i have tried
everything . please help

First, use a plain sheet of 8-1/2x11 paper instead of envelopes. Then see
where the printing occurs on the sheet when you tell the program and/or
printer driver that an envelope is loaded.

Next some printers exhibit this kind of symptom with older drivers or even
bare bones drivers included with windows.
Check the printer mfrs web site for updated drivers.

You did not mention what application(s) or printer model that you are using.
This makes it trather hard to give other than general advice.
