Printing Envelopes

Can word be set to always print envelopes to one printer and the document
itself to another printer without switching back and forth?

Not if you use the Envelopes and Labels dialog. If you use an envelope
template, you can include a macro that prints to a specific printer. If the
envelope is attached to the document, however, there is no way (at least
none that I know of) to print the envelope and document to different
printers (you can assign different trays of the same printer).
