Printing envelopes

Can a macro be created for the following task?

We are using our company logo as the return address on our envelopes. We
need to have our caseworkers name above the logo, plus the name of the client
for the address. Our problem is: We have to go in and change the margins for
the return address to get the caseworkers name to be positioned correctly
above the logo. We have to change the margins for each form letter. This is
very time comsuming. We have decided to have the logo dropped down which
will correct the problem. But that will be down the road on the next
printing. But for now, is there a way to create a macro to solve this problem?

You should be able to record a macro and save it in your normal.dot file,
put a button for it on the toolbar, so that you can run it at any time. Try
the instructions here:

Your best bet is to create an envelope template for each caseworker.
