Printing email without headers

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to print an email without all the header
information? I would just like the actual text of the email printed.

I know I could copy and paste to Word and print from there, but there are
many emails that need to be printed this way.

Any suggestions? Thanks!!

There is nothing to delete when you press forward. I'm referring to the
actual header that has the recipient's name, sender's name, date, subject,
etc. which prints at the top of the email. I need to be able to easily print
many emails without this header information printing on the paper. Any other
suggestions?

I am desperate to be able to do this too.

I have to print a pile of confidential emails to PDF and I do not want the
email headers on each document, just the email body.

This worked fine in office 2003, but now I have upgraded to 2007 I cannot
find a way of removing the email header info.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the opposite problem - suddenly some of our emails are printing
without the headers and we can only get them to print by forwarding them. Any
ideas?

Apparently Microsoft finally has a hotfix for this. I have not tried it yet,
but here is the link. Meanwhile, the workaround is:
With your message open, go to File > Page Setup. Click on Memo Style. In
the next window, either choose Landscape paper (which will print in Landscape)
OR
Choose paper size A4. When you choose the A4 option, you will have to press
the continue button on the printer a couple of times to get it to print from
the default paper tray.

Dear Janet

I have the same problem (no headers print now) and have tried the link you
indicated, but no joy with the link (page not found). Do you perhaps have
another link that I can use, or another sollution to fix this.
Thanks for your assistance
