Printing economy - a real issue

1. Some months ago a well performed inkjet test concluded that the printing
costs was very different between differnt brands /modells.
(Swedish, 8 pages) http://sartryck.idg.se/Art/Canon_1_MD72003.html

Meassured by the magazine!!!
50% color and 50% black (initial cost not incl.)

Canon i850 1 (relative)
Canon i450 1,6
Epson c82 1,7
Epson c62 3
(new Epson c64 I think have same ink as c82)
HP Biz 2230 2
HP Deskj 1,8
Lexmark z65 4,6
Lexmark z45se 5

2. Can anyone tell about how pirate-ink-brands may rearrange this ranking
between the printers?

3. Cleaning one head on my old inkjet drains all other ink heavily at the
same time! Does new printers do this?

I have an C-80 Epson printer and I get the Epson ink for 10.99 per
tank but the pirate-ink for it is 9.99 per tank. I see no savings.
I'm selling my survices and output of my printer and there is no cost
savings for bad color, as I would have to eat the ink the paper and my
time, and clean out the bad ink......... bottom line time and money.

There was a review on the thrid party inks for all brands. The
longevity of the inks was never the same as the factory ink and they
noted color shifts compared to the factory inks.

Item 2) pirate-ink-brands are cheap.... doesn't change the above table
at all unless you use refill kits (HP and Lexmark). The
pirrate-brand-ink makers still have to check the printelements in the
HP and Lexmark cartridges.

Item 3) all printers clean all the nozzels, as it doesn't know what is
cloged.

No, but the user often do, why not trust them?
