Printing calendar "more items"

My group uses this calendar, and we often have more meetings than can fit on
the calendar day when the calendar is printed. Is there a way to print the
additional meetings that display as "more items" on that day?

Not with the built-in Outlook calendar print styles. You might want to take
a look at some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to
create a calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking. I
personally use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very pleased with it. Links to
