Printing black and white view

When I import Excel tables into Powerpoint 2004 I have a problem
printing out the slides. If I print them as color they print properly
but when I print them as gray scale all of the imported text prints as
black blocks. I noticed that If i change the view to black and white
the tables take on the block appearance.

You might want to post this in the Mac PPT group. The group name is
microsoft.pbulic.mac.office.powerpoint (so you can find it in google
