Printing Adobe Acrobat Attachments From Outlook 2003

Hello,

I work in the IT dept. of a Law Firm, and have several users who are
having problems printing Adobe Acrobat .pdf email attachments. We are
on Exchange 2003, Office 2003, and Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro.

Problem occurs when the email has 3 or more Adobe Acrobat attachments
to the email. When we try to print the email and attachments doing a
file print and checking the option to print all file attachments, for
some reason it either prints only 1 or 2, but never all documents. The
only thing I noticed, is that when I tested internally, sending
messages to people that are on our network, it seems to print fine, it
seems to occur for emails we receive from external sources. Just
wanted to see if anyone else had come across this issue.

Thanks

There are two things I'd try. The first is to save all the attachments to
disk explicitly and print them from the save folder. Do not print them
directly from the mail message. The second is to clear the Outlook Secure
Temp Folder and then try again.
