printing a distribution list

I would like to print a distribution list with the member's name, phone and
email

I can see how to change the 'view' for all contacts, but I don't understand
how to select a particular distribution list and have it contain more than
name and email.-

Distribution lists don't contain anything other than name and email address.
If your version of Outlook supports it, far better to use Categories instead
of Distribution Lists...

As long as your version of Outlook has Categories, (2003 and 2007 I think),
show the Contacts in list view, select the ones you want and
right-click-Categories

Gordon,
First of all many thanks for the information and attempting to help me solve
this.
I do know how to Contacts>View>Arrange by>Categories. In fact I have this
view presently. The problem is if I hit print, then the whole address book
gets printed in this way. Is there any way to narrow down this list to a
report that only includes a subset of contacts such as I have defined in a
distribution list of 10 people?

You will need to make a New View that's filtered to say only contains items
in the Category
