Navigate to the printers folder in control panel. Right mouse click on the
printer name and select properties from the context menu. Check settings to
make sure you have not selected Black only or Grayscale (the name differs
depending on the driver).
If that seems OK, run a printer self-test. Instructions for doing that are
in the printer documentation that came with the printer either as a sheet or
booklet or on a CD or DVD. Also, usually found somewhere on the maker's web
site. It could be that the printer's print-head nozzles need cleaning or the
colour ink is very low.
