No printer show up in my terminal server even the local
printer. I need to reboot the system and all back
normal. It starts to happen quite often now. Is there
anything I need to pay attention?

This is generally caused by loading 3rd party printer drivers on the terminal
server that are not tested & certified to run in a Terminal Server
environment.

Best bet to eliminate this problem is to remove the 3rd party drivers via
the Printer Server Properties and map any unsupported printers to built-in
drivers by way of User Defined inf file.
