Printer Security Tab Missing

On an XP Pro PC that is sharing printers, the security tab
is missing from the printer properties on all the shared
printer. Is there a way to toggle this on and off. We
need to limit the use of one of the printers and the
option has vanished.

Just turn off Simple File Sharing!
