Printer Problem

Just setup my printer, HP PSC500, and was plesently surprised that Suse has it listed and found it, "/dev/LP0".

Now I need to know how to use it.

I have looked in OpenOffice and it is not listed, on a generic printer is listed and of course will not print.

Go to Suse's Control Center and set the flipping thing up, donut.

Utilities-Printing-Print Manager- set up your printer by choosing Add- Add Printer/Class and follow the prompts.

Then to print you just need to open whatever you want to print and choose File- Print.

Naw, I just went to YaST and followed my nose.

Amazing how many "tools" there are ... but I have your version saved in a OO doc ready for future reference.

Remove, reinsert... if it fails again read directions for changing ink. If all directions are being followed and still fails.... try another cartrige?
