Printer Problem

Hello

I have a windows 2003 server(have active directory installed), and xp
laptops. I'm having a problem with installing the pritners to all users, can
install as an administrator/manager but its not displayed when I log in as a
user.

Any help would be great

Hi,

I'm a newbie too. I'm very interested in knowing the answer to this
question. As far as I know, you will have to set it up for each individual
user. Specifying a script to run each time the user logs on in the active
directory might help.... but I'm not sure. Coz it could create multiple
instances of the printer in the client machines. I have never done this.

Use the NET USE command in the bat file, and place it in the scripts
directory in the server. Specify that file to run when the users log on, in
the active directory.
