printer off line

I keep geting a note saying find printer and then saying printer is off line.
Please help Printer is hp psc 1401 all in one. Thanks Grammy

Go to Control Panel, open Printers, right click on your printer icon. If you
have an item that says "Use Printer Online" then that is the problem. Just
right click on that item and it should change to "Use Printer Offline".
