printer not installing

when i try to install lexmark x85 all in one printer and scanner i get the
following
C:\progra~1\sYMANTIC\532 evnt1.DLL.an installable virtual device Failed
intialzation
choose to terminate application.I now have no printercan anybody advise please
help much appriciated

Contact Symantec... if sounds as if their programs are interfering with your
installation of the printer software.

many thanks for your input contacted symantec out of date software
but when i try to uninstall system works i get following message
internal error 2356 cabs ~20 any more sugestions

Again, it's something that Symantec should assist you with.... sometimes
reinstalling and then uninstalling helps.
