Thank you in advance for reading! I had a question and it even stumped
our IT support team.
The problem occured when trying to print a page on a website. For all
other internet sites, the print function works, but on this specific
site, I receive this error:
"Function address 0x4f4be01f caused a protection fault. (exception code
0x000005) Some or all property pages may not be displayed"
I am wondering if this is a printer driver error or an IE error? When
this error is received, it keeps popping up that error and then finally
says "Choose a printer", but it will not let me select the network
