Printer driver to print to a bitmap

Hello,

I am looking for a decent printer driver that instead of printing to a
printer, sends the output to a bitmap file (could be a BMP, TIFF, or
JPG). I am looking for one that has the most flexibility (to be able
to print to a particular drive/path, serialize the bitmap names, and
also print to customized resolutions and color depths (i.e. printing a
screen would produce a bitmap of 800x600 in size).

Thanks for any tips or recommendations.

Regards,

This can do ghostscript for you. Of course you have to first produce
postscript file (in windows select print to file on some postscript
capable printer).
