I have a small home network that uses a router/switch to connect to the
internet and share resources. Both PC's have XP Pro. One PC (PC1) has a
USB printer installed and this printer is shared. The other PC (PC2) has no
printers and has 5 configured users that can logon to the PC. All users
have Administrator rights.
If I configure the network printer for one of the users on PC2, should all
the users then have access to the printer. Currently they do not. When I
configure another user to connect to the printer, I get multiple instances
of the printer showing up for the user.
Is there a way to configure the network printer for one user on PC2 so that
it is available to all users on PC2?
Thanks for your suggestions.
