Hi,
I have Office 2003 Sp3 on Xp Pro SP3. When we receive some external e-mails
the users compalined that the text is cut instead to flow on the next row
when is printed.
I do not have problem with the same e-mail printing it from Office 2007.
it might be someting to do with the way the e-mail was composed initially,
but some of my users are making a big fuss about it.
Regards,

Dear Diane,

The Outlook is confirgure to convert the e-mails to HTML. The default editor
is Word 2003. There is an option for autoflow set to 76.
The print margin is 19mm for each side.

Are they plain text or HTML formatted? Are the margins set correcting in
page setup?

Dear Diane,
I have tried Outlook 2003 with IE7 and IE8 and it does the same mistake.
The margin are set from IE and in Outlook I can see that they are the same.
I have tried with different margins but does not help.

Georgi
