How do I change the printing output to match what appears on screen? I've
tried the usual suggestions, such as selecting ACTUAL DOCUMENT, etc., and
I've made sure I'm not printing in draft, but nothing seems to work.

My output comes out looking as if it had been reduced by about 25%, which
makes me wonder if there is a printing selection to bring the output up to
100%. I know you can set the page on the screen to various percentages, but
this does not seem to affect the print output either.

Any help would be greatly appreacited.

Thanks/

MIke.

The usual cause of this is tracked changes or comments in the document, but
if you are specifically choosing "Document" rather than "Document showing
markup" in the Print dialog (or setting the view to Final rather than Final
Showing Markup before pressing Print), then this would not be the issue.

Make sure that you are not set to print markup. On the print menu, where it
says "Print what?" you want it to say "Document" rather than "Document with
markup."
