add a new Port of type "local Port" with the name of the fixed file
"e.g. c:\temp\output.prn".
This file will be overriden with each print job.
You can use an third party software like my "PrintMulti" or other
"port monitors" to save the file under
other, not so fixed names (e.g. containing date, user, printer, ... in
the filename).
Add a local printer in Windows and when the wizard asks you to select
the port add a new local port and enter a path instead of a port name.
Now whenever you print to that printer you will get a file instead.
