Print to file - default location

When you setup a printer for local port FILE: certain
programs can browse for a location to save the file,
others must type in the filename and path. Can you setup
a default path so a user can just enter the file name?

No you are stuck with having to specify the whole path, you can create a
local port with a fixed path but that will overwrite the last job every time
a new job arrives.
