Print Text Form Field

I received this document that has Text Form Fields. These field have data
typed in. The problem is when I try to print this document then form fields
go blank. What is going on?

I want to print the data in the form fields. Any help is appreciated.

If the form is protected, the fields should not update. If it is
unprotected, and "Update fields" is checked on the Print tab of Tools |
Options, then the form fields will be reset when you print or Print Preview.
