I am using tri-fold print style and want to change the size and order of
columns in the task section of the tri-fold style. Also how can I print two
weeks of calendar in tri-fold when Outlook only offers the choices of 1 week
or 1 month. Also when printing the 1 week there is only enough width in the
box for a day to view the first few characters of the name of the
appointments.
