Print-Spooler terminates - Windows

windows 2000 server with Terminal Service and Citrix
Metaphrame XP. Print-Spooler terminates with the following
Error-Message "The instruction 0x67ef1655 refered memory
at 0x0000000c. The memory could not be read."

A crashing printer spooler is nearly always caused by a 3th party
printer driver that is not (completely) TS compatible. Try to find
out which printer is causing this (search for print events prior to
the crash) and map that printer to a native driver.
