Can you post what kind of computer you are using, desktop or laptop, and what
the brand and model is? Also a possibility is that the print screen key is
broken, instead of disabled.
Before doing anything, click the PrintScreen button, you can also hold down
the Ctrl key or Shift key. Then open MS Paint and click Edit and then Paste.
Now see if the screen you wanted opens for you. Good Luck :~)
