Print/Save dialogue opens minimized

Hi all

Some of my users have a Word document open. When they try
to Save As or sometimes Print then the dialogue box opens
behind the active Word window and the icon on the task bar
flashes indicating that something's happening with Word.

I then minimize Word and then I'll see the dialogue box.
Closing the dialogue box and then maximizing Word AND then
opening the Print/Save As dialogue again, makes everything
work perfectly.

This happens on a regular occurence to a number of users
and I'm stumped.

Any ideas / any more information needed, please?
