print problem---help

I have desighned a data base. When I print it on a laser jet printer (form)
everything prints out fine. We are on a network. When I want to print the
data base form page on a differnt printer hp 880c the margins are off. On the
laser jet the margins need to be set at .25 all the way around. When I set
the margins on the hp all margins are set at .25 except bottom margin this is
at .5 as soon as I set the bottom margin to .25 it defaults back to .5 I am
sure this is my problem but I am at my wits end trying to get this corrected
any help would be appreciated.

thanks Scott

Forms are not designed for printing. They are designed for your users to
view, enter, and edit data.

Reports are designed for printing. You can open a form in design-view and
"save as" a report. You can then go in and modify the report to better fit
the page.

The printer (driver) may have absolute lower limits below which it
will not set. You may have to re-size your document to fit the
printer with the smallest printable dimensions.
