Print Preview Versus Layout View

I have a Report based on a Query. The odd thing is that
when I am in design view and select the print preview
button, the report preview with the wrong totals in a
particular column. If while in design view, I select
Layout View from the View menu, the report calculates
perfectly accross the board and prints fine.
Can someone tell me what the heck is going on, and is
there a way to view the reports in layout view all the time

How are you totalling... in the Control Source, or in VBA code? There can be
some surprises when trying to to accumulation-type calculations in code, as
some Report events may fire multiple times for each record in a Section.
