Print Option is IE

I am working on securing some library kiosk machines. I am using the kiosk
template provided my microsoft, but I am having an issue where the print
option disappears from the file menu option in IE (File/print). When I use
the printer option on the menu bar, I got prompted to save the document as
an image writer file first before I can print. I can see how users are not
going to like that. I have done a lot of reasearch and could not find any
help out there. Does anyone have any idea.

The computer that I am testing on has a local printer attached to it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Jean,

Did you lost the PRINT in the menu bar of IE? Or is it only asking for saving
the document. It's a littlebit unclear for me. If it just asks for save.......
than maybe your printer is not set to default printer.
