print notes handout with no margin

I'm using PP 2007 on Vista x64. I know how to modify my notes master and
using Shyam's Toolbox (see http://skp.mvps.org/toolbox/index.html) I can now
EASILY apply the notes master to ALL notes in the presentation.

Now I want to print my notes one slide and notes per page "with no borders".
When I print automatically a border is added, I do not want the border.

FYI - In my notes master I've made the image and notes sections as large as
possible and no border shows but when I print there is a border.

The "best" option would allow me to set the margin from zero to whatever
individually on all sides.
