Print Monthly Calendar, Sunday - Saturday

I would like to print my monthly calendar without compressing Sat/Sun. I
have found several posts that indicate setting the view for the monthly
calendar would fix the problem. That doesn't work. I have not encounted a
post where someone says it won't work. Does anyone know that this won't
work, or know how to configure Outlook to work this way?

I'm print to a DayRunner classic format and would like to see my Saturday
and Sundays as full days. Please try it yourself as far as the print
preview before replying.

Thank You,

Greg

My weekends are not compressed in Outlook 2003 when I choose the Monthly
style and the Day Runner Classic paper type. I'm not sure what you meant by
"I have found several posts that indicate setting the view for the monthly
calendar would fix the problem. That doesn't work." So I'm going to
suggest this: Go to View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current
View, click the Other Settings button, and in the Month section, clear the
checkbox for "Compress weekend days".

Using the Day Runner Classic style with Compress Weekend Days unchecked, I
get the full week with each day as a separate day, no compression. Outlook
2000, 2002 and 2003.

In my reply below, I added an extra menu step that you don't have in Outlook
2000 -- try View | Current View | Customize Current View.

Jocelyn and Milly,

Have you been able to print a page without Saturday/Sunday compressed?
I have been able to do all the things you suggest and yes, the vie
does show up without the compressed weekends.

The issue I'm encountering arises when printing.

Thank You,

Greg Blai
