print layout display

i want all new mail messages to be displayed in the print layout view and not
the web layout view.

Outlook 2003 using Word 2003 as the editor. would like to have the print
layout view as default.

The layout would be controlled by the email.dot template. You'll need to see
if you can make changes there.
